ORDER, SHIPPING & RETURNS

We currently sell and ship our watches to the following countries (Europe and Switzerland) with customs duties and taxes included in the final price.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

We deliver your order within 7 business days for EU countries and Switzerland. In some cases, delivery time can take up to 14 days because of customs duties delay.

For any other countries outside the EU, there can be delays for custom duties purposes when leaving our warehouse in Switzerland, which is not under our control.

Mouvex Watches offers free shipping for all EU, UK, and Swiss orders. For all other countries, you will be notified on the checkout page if your shipping is free.

Your order will be delivered in a sealed package with a shipping tracking number. If you are not at home when the shipment is delivered, our delivery provider will contact you to set a new date.

Once the order is placed and shipment handed over to our preferred shipping provider, you will be notified if any special requirement is needed before the shipping.

We offer a see-before-you-keep policy. If you decide to return the unworn item within 30 days of delivery, please contact contact@mouvexwatch.com to organise the return. Your funds will be released after we receive the product back.

 

It is important to send a picture of the unworn product that is required to be returned. Once the picture and the receipt will be sent out you will be provided with attached directions to return the purchased product and file for a refund. Packages returned directly to our office without notifying us will not be processed, and will be returned to the sender at his/her expenses.

 

Please note that the express shipping and the local custom tariffs applied for countries outside of the EU, UK, and Switzerland are non-refundable. If you decide not to pay for the custom duties/taxes in case of a return, we cannot issue you a refund (applicable to non-EU and CH countries.)

WARRANTY

Mouvex Watches offers an international warranty of two years from the date of the original purchase. Therefore, we assure that the delivered product will not break or have any malfunction for at least the warranty period. This warranty does not extend to the strap, which is under manufacturer warranty.

The warranty of two years by Mouvex covers:

  • Certain malfunctions in the movement
  • Certain defects regarding the watch case
  • Certain defects regarding the glass

The warranty is automatically activated when the purchase is made. However, it is recommended that you add your contact details in the Warranty Registration page.

If it is proved that the watch parts or the mechanism do not work properly and that by further examination this results to be Mouvex’s responsibility, we will repair or replace the product for free. In the other cases in which the irregularities have not been caused by Mouvex, the repair or replacement will not be made for free.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you’ve purchased from our site, the order number will suffice; or you will need to send us a copy of the receipt from an authorized Mouvex Watches dealer. See the Return Policy page if you wish to return your Mouvex Watch.

For the purpose of use, care and/or operation of the products, please carefully consult the user instructions delivered with the product.

Mouvex straps are under manufacturer warranty for manufacturing defects within 30 days after receipt. Wear and tear damage are not covered by this warranty.

QUESTIONS RELATED TO OUR PRODUCTS

All Mouvex Watches are Swiss Made, this means that the watch is produced and assembled in Switzerland ensuring the highest quality. Hence, it is produced with the true traditional savoir-faire of Swiss watchmakers.

A Mouvex Watch is water resistant up to 50 meters, which means it will be protected against splashes of water (like rain or any small amount of water due to hand washing for instance).

However, it should not be worn when taking a shower or swimming, as it would also damage the strap if it is made of leather.

Yes, our Mouvex straps are designed to fit Apple Watches. Please note that the dimensions of the Apple Watch must be 42mm or 44mm.

Yes, you can but the dimensions of your Apple Watch Strap must be either 42mm or 44mm to fit on a Mouvex watch.

As long as your watch is covered by the international warranty of 2 years, it will be repaired free of charge, in the case of material or craftsmanship defects (customs tariffs may apply outside of the EU and will be non-refundable). Please contact the Customer Service (contact@mouvexwatch.com) and explain the issue, indicating your full name and order number. Our team will evaluate your request and contact you with all the necessary information.

Alternatively, you may repair the product with a professional watchmaker or watch shop, however, we will not be responsible for the costs incurred to repair to good and warranty will not cover the replaced parts of the watch.
